Are all your lights weatherproof?
Yes, every light we sell is either IP44 or IP65 weather resistant, meaning rain, hail or shine, they'll be shining bright every day.
If your lights ever stop working, just remember they are backed by our lifetime replacement guarantee. Simply reach out to our support team here if you ever have any issues with your lights.
Where can I use the lights?
Anywhere that gets sunlight during the day. Your backyard, front yard, driveway, veggie patch or any outdoor paths around your home. As long as the solar panel for the lights gets sun during the day, they'll turn on automatically at night.

What happens if the lights stop working?
All SolaGarden lights have a lifetime replacement warranty. If they stop working, just send us an email and we'll replace them free of charge.
Do I need an electrician or any wiring to install SolaGarden lights?
Not at all! Every SolaGarden light is 100% solar powered, so there's no wiring, no electrician and no power bills to worry about. Just unpack them, pop them where they'll catch the sun, and you're done most of our customers have their lights set up in minutes.
What are your best selling lights?
The Festoon lights have been our best sellers for years now. They are brighter and more durable than any other solar festoon lights on the market and our customers love them.
If I don't like the lights, can I return them?
Sadly, we know that sometimes our SolaGarden lights are just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return your lights to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 100 days.
*Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. All SolaGarden lights must be returned in as new condition, with any tags and the original box.

Do I have to pay for a return?
We’ve got you covered here too. All eligible returns (for both refunds and exchanges) within Australia will be covered with a free return shipping label that we are happy to organise for you, which means no expenses at the post office! Just contact our friendly team here and they will be able to help you along the way.
How long does it take for the lights to fully charge?
A full day in the sun is all it takes. On a bright, sunny day your lights will be fully topped up and ready to glow that evening. For the best results, place the solar panel somewhere it gets plenty of direct sunlight throughout the day.
How long will the lights stay lit each night?
Once fully charged, your SolaGarden lights will happily shine for around 6–10 hours, depending on the product and how much sun they soaked up during the day. That's more than enough to keep your garden glowing right through the evening.
How quickly do I get my lights after I order?
Once you have placed an order, our team will carefully package your lights and ship them within 24-48 hours. To speed up delivery if your order contains different types of lights, you may sometimes receive them separately so we can get them to you as fast as possible.
Your lights will be sent via Australia Post, and then they should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 3-7 business days.
As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
How much do I pay for shipping?
All orders include FREE and fast delivery Australia-wide, no matter how many lights you order.
How do I track my order?
After we pass your order to Australia Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the Australia Post site so you can follow the live tracking updates!

Do you deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers?
Yes, we're happy to deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers anywhere in Australia. Just enter your PO box or locker address as the delivery address at checkout and we'll send your lights on their way.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
We're sorry if anything's not quite right! Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact our team straight away if an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect. Send through a quick photo and we'll assess it and make things right as fast as we can.
